Sunshine try a hot bath and just relaxing a little in the tub it usually works for me. If it doesn't work for you try a little relaxation therapy. Squeeze you arms and legs together and let loose. Do this to all of you body parts that you are able to squeeze together then let go. I learned it from a therapist it can be relaxing.
