I haven't eaten anything apart from a single tin of soup in 6 days now.
I desperately need to know what I can use that is EFFECTIVE at relieving the pain of a mouthful of ulcers.
Don't bother suggesting Bonjela or similar because if you've ever suffered then you know things like that, actually hurt a single ulcer.
I have quite a few so it hurts immensely!

All I want to know is what I can use as an effective pain relief measure so that I can eat something!

Please help!

I have joint pain in the knee and ankle of only my left leg. I'm only 19, but I'm guessing the pain is similar to arthritis? It just feels like inflammation... kind of throbby. And I don't know if it makes a difference, but my left shoe also wears out way quicker than my right one. Could anything be wrong?

Since last night I have had pain all throughout my body, its not unbearable but it is very painful none the less, I also have been having sharp pains in my arm (elbow, shoulder, wrist, fingers.) and legs, some in my back as well. The weird thing is, I haven't done anything out of the ordinary to cause this. My grandpa died a few days ago so I'm thinking its possibly stress related, but still has anyone else had such a problem? What did you do or what did it end up being?

Has anyone had this mattress? I slept on it last night and my entire back is killing me! Someone said that it may be because it's new and it takes a few days to get used to a new mattress. I don't ever remember a new mattress hurting me. HELP! Any tips?

so, i messed my back up at work. 2 guys lifting a 500 lb steel beam. i'm in construction but im not a big guy. i weigh 155 lbs soaking wet. my back is shot. it happened on friday and im gonna have to miss work tomorrow (monday). hydrocodone makes me feel restless. i cant sleep on the damn stuff whereas oxcodone works much better for me. the problem is that i dont have a gp. im just trying to get a same day appointment anywhere i can get one tomorrow. so, im a new patient, 22 years old, tattoos and a messy beard. i have trouble getting pain pills after dental surgery sometimes. i think it is because of my physical appearance and the outragous drug laws. i need something for pain. i've been taking 600-800 mg of ibuprofen 3 times a day as well as 500 mg of acetaminophen 3 times a day and im still hurting pretty bad. how do i get a doctor to write a perscription for a first time patient?

I seem to be always getting yeast infections. I go a few months without one and then it comes back. sometimes they are not as bothersome as others, but i am tired of getting them. Have taken prescriptions for them. No one seems to be able to give me the answer, not even doctors!

Every morning when I wake up I can hardly walk because of my sciatica nerve. It takes me about 2-3 hours to be able to actually stand up straight in the morning after I wake up. There has to be something I can do in order to excersise this nerve. Any tips or advice would be helpful thank you very much!

Well i have a basic idea what is is it's inflammation of the cartledge between the ribcage and the breastbone, but i can't seem to get rid of the pain and inflammation. Been to the ER 4 times and my doctor a handful of times. I've taken anti-inflammatories, motrin (in many different mgs),. pain killers such as loratabs and darvocets (tabs only help disguise the pain for a short time), heat and cold, etc. The problem is i'm a customer service phone agent and have been out of work over 2 weeks, and can't afford to continue to be out, only thing is the one time i tried to go back after an hour on the phone my chest hurt so bad i felt like i was going to die. Any suggestions or ideas on how to help treat this or legitimate ways to make money so that i don't lose my car, home and not be able to pay my bills.

I have had low back pain for the past 4 years. I want to go to a physician so that I can start physical therapy and look at other measures to help relieve the pain and hopefully find a way to stop it all together.

My question is: What kind of physician should I seek help from?

Over the past couple of days, I did a lot of biking. Now my right kneecap seems to move around an awful lot. It doesn't hurt much (only the type of ache associated with excercise), it is just kind of weird that it moves around so much (my left kneecap does not).

This morning I woke up with a very bad headache, even though I had taken Aleve five hours ago. I had pain in my neck, shoulders and temples, as well as a little nausea. Is there anything better than Aleve, or does anyone know of any home remedies out there? I'll try anything at this point!
