Unfortunately, not many people are going to be able to diagnose something like this online. You should really go see your doctor soon. It could be anything from a kidney infection (which may account for the back pain, some stomache pain and the painful urination,) to simple gastric disturbance. The problem is that in the stomache area, there are so many things that could create one or more of your symptoms, it really needs to be personally evaluated by your family doctor. He'll be able to tell you what to do next from that point.
Good luck!

This could be many things, such as irritable bowel, colitis, an infection or a spine problem, but just to be sure, go to your Dr. and get evaluated. One deadly possibility is an abdominal aneurysm. They're VERY hard to diagnose in routine examinations and are often missed, My brother died of one. When you have that, and it ruptures, you basically have NO time to get medical help. Have a CT scan and ultrasound done, to rule that out, unless they're sure it's something else. The reason I say this is that YOUR symptoms are the same ones my bro' had! They also tend to run in families, so ask your parents & other relatives if anyone has/had this. Good luck!

Stop with the painkillers, you are masking the symptoms and perhaps exacerbating the problem. reads as if you may have a herniated intestine get it resolved now as this will remain and get worse. see doc
