All medicines can hurt your liver/kidneys over time. Asprin, Tylenol, Advil and Aleve are no exception. Everything in moderation I always say.

This is very true. I'm not saying that you shouldn't take any medicines at all, but you should not rely on any one medication to cure your pains. Do not take any medicine to help you deal with pain for more than a couple of weeks without seeking the advice of your physician. A warning like that usually appears on most medicine bottles.

Anything taken in excess willl hurt your liver: tylenol, aspirin, excederin - - follow the directions on the bottles and you should be okay.

Aspirin doesn't hurt your liver. Acetaminophen (Tylenol) does.

Tylenol is mostly metabolized in your kidneys but it's not aspirin. It's a pain reliever though.
