Ok I get this thing sometimes where I get these incredible waves of pain that go shooting through my arm. It has happened in both arms at different times. I'll move my arm and I will feel the briefest of reliefs before the waves start shooting through it again. This pain is so horrible, it's the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life. Now here's the weird part, each time after I have had a decent bowell movement the waves of pain subside. At first I thought that was crazy but every subsequent time, that has proven to be the case. I have also been having problems with constipation and extremely excessive at times urination which I'm getting looked into. Can anyone explain this waves of pain, it may have nothing to do with bowell movements, but It always subsides after a bowell movement. Also I occasionally get sharp pains in my chest and a lot of pressure which also is relieved by a bowell movement. I almost always feel bloated or crappy even when I've went to the bathroom

While lifting weights I get this nerve pain that shoots down the back of my right forearm (if my hand is palms down, then its on the top of my forearm, around 2-5 inches above my elbow). This especially happens whenever I attempt to do incline press. I have tried stretching, without too much success. Perhaps I don't know how to stretch it properly. What should I do?

Since December, I've-well, it all started with pain on my back, the leftside. I've had the urgancy to use the restroom (urine) a lot, and then the pain migrated to my lower abdominal left side. Went to a doctor and he said it was my kidneys at first, went again he said it was my lower intestant. I recently switched doctors when the pain migrated to my back again, this time my right side. THEN, after having gotten my period, the pain went to my lower right abdominal area and my pelvic area. They did an abdominal ultrasound to see if I had olvarian cysts or whatever, but it came out normal. He sent me to the ER, thinking it was my appendix. They did a CT scan and that came out normal, too. So they sent me home with more pills. I've had a burning, tingling pain ever since I got the pain in my pelvic area. Anyone else have these symptoms? Or know what it could be since I've already gone to the hospital and the pain in my back has returned with the constant frequency to urinate.

Can excessive running of stairs begin to hurt the bone? I recently started running bleachers for football practice and a few days ago I started to feel a pain in my lower legs. I thought it might've been my calf muscles but yesterday I was touching my calf muscle trying to massage it when i realized it didn't hurt. So i ran my hands down a little and I touched there and it hurt really bad. Once I found this I could feel the pain running all the way through my tibia. I was wondering if there might be something wrong because the 5 other people I run with don't feel this pain. It also hurts really bad to run because of the impact, should I drink more milk or does it just need icing? lol Thanks in Advance

I don't sleep well at night because of my diseases, (I wake up constantly eventhough I can go back to sleep). Any one have good ideas? Thanks everybody! =)

I have woken up the past 2 mornings with excruciating lower back pain...i can barely walk, i definitely can't bend down and i have to sit at a computer all day for work.....about mid afternoon, it starts feeling better though....has anyone heard of this or experienced this and know what it might be and/or if it will go away? I really don't want to go to the doc if I don't have to, they usually give some strong muscle relaxers and/or pain pills and I'm just not a big fan of those.......

This morning I woke up at 5:30-ish with some heartburn. I immediately took a zantac 75 and went back to sleep. I woke up maybe an hour later, and the heartburn was back, so I took another zantac... but this time it did absolutely nothing.

A little back-story... starting about two years ago, every now and then I get absolutely EXCRUCIATING heartburn (though I didn't know it was heartburn the first time it happened--I thought I was dying). I don't have an ulcer, and the doctors don't know what it is, but my mom described the same symptoms and said she had a pre-ulcerous lesion, so I figure that's what I have. She told me to take antacids and I'd be fine, and that has worked for me for two years.

Until this morning. This morning, I ended up taking 3 zantacs and 2 of these herbal supplement things my stepmom gave me that worked before, and I was STILL up for 2 hours pleading with god to make it stop.

...Should I go back to the hospital and see if they can figure it out now?
