While lifting weights I get this nerve pain that shoots down the back of my right forearm (if my hand is palms down, then its on the top of my forearm, around 2-5 inches above my elbow). This especially happens whenever I attempt to do incline press. I have tried stretching, without too much success. Perhaps I don't know how to stretch it properly. What should I do?

Seeming healthy - many times muscles get tight and apply pressure on nerves (or pin them against bones) which can cause the pain. A good massage therapist can help keep them from getting or staying too tight.
Also consider checking into a book written for lay people (non-medical) called The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies, it can cover a lot more and help prevent recurrences if followed.

believe it or not the pinch of the nerve could be in your neck
at the disk ! You FEEL it somwhere down lower on the nerve
thats called refered pain !

If it doesnt go away, Id get a MRI of the neck to se if nerve
is pinching there...

meantime advil at 800 mg 200 x4 every eight hours
will help and stop doing whatever is trigggering

My money is on a pinch at the disk level in the neck
and can be handled with PT

have you whiplashed in a car ??

It depends. But it's usually not that serious. but i would still see the doctor no matter what. But for the time being. Ice it for about 15-20 minutes. Then use a heating pad to relax it.
