My tooth is aching.And it is the teeth just above which i had a root canal last year.The pain is at different region at different time.Anyway it is in lower jaw.Mostly the pain is from my left incistor to my 1st molar.And when i looked through the mirror i didn't see anything wrong.What could be the reason?Is it the biginning 4 another cavity?The pain is mostly during night.

sound like an infection.take a wet washcloth and heat it in the microwave and put it on your face wear it hurts continue this until you can see a dentist,wash your mouth out with warm salt water.. if its too bad go to the emergency room this weekend,they will give you something for the pain until you can see your dentist. they might give you an antibiotic,too.i hope you feel better soon,good luck

could be an abscess starting....a cavity....you may need root canal....get to the dentist ASP before it gets any worst because it can lead into a bone infection of the jaw.

First thing is ,call ur dentist and tell them whats happening. and if its pain at night get some oral tooth or teeth numbing gel .

Do you clench your teeth when you sleep? I got myself to stop that by sucking my cheeks in between my teeth, so that if I started clenching my teeth, it would hurt enough so I would stop.
