Do your favorite form of exercise- if it is yoga, jogging, sex, etc. Deep breaths are good too. Maybe a little reward for yourself- something to look forward to during stressful times. Just some ideas. Hope they help!

meditate, and as to breath out, say the word "Om" as you exhale, so you hold the last syllable "mmmmmmmmmmm" for a long time. Om is a monosyllable which is proven to help relieve stress. it may sound ridonculous, but i do it something for 5-10 minutes when i am stressing about school. it clears my mind exceptionally well. =]

Any kind of physical activity, a hobby like painting, a good comedy, playing with a pet.

some use sex as a stress reliever but it is short lived and perpetual sex is not always possible.
