Overdose would be precipitated by somnolence, edema and would require over 8000mg before any real possibility would occur. The main concern is that there is no specific antidote for Pregabalin (Lyrica).

I would think it would be fatal. I wouldn't take any chances. If you've taken too much, I'd go to the ER. Maybe check online or call a pharmacy.
