Ok I get this thing sometimes where I get these incredible waves of pain that go shooting through my arm. It has happened in both arms at different times. I'll move my arm and I will feel the briefest of reliefs before the waves start shooting through it again. This pain is so horrible, it's the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life. Now here's the weird part, each time after I have had a decent bowell movement the waves of pain subside. At first I thought that was crazy but every subsequent time, that has proven to be the case. I have also been having problems with constipation and extremely excessive at times urination which I'm getting looked into. Can anyone explain this waves of pain, it may have nothing to do with bowell movements, but It always subsides after a bowell movement. Also I occasionally get sharp pains in my chest and a lot of pressure which also is relieved by a bowell movement. I almost always feel bloated or crappy even when I've went to the bathroom

I am not taking any medicine right now for pain or anything else. I got a colon xray and they said there is nothing wrong with my colon, but I was literally full of crap and they're not sure why. I don't think I have diabetes, I may have been checked for it a few years ago. I will also get diahrea easily too, if I eat something as simple as a salad I almost always get diahrea. Then I will get so constipated, nothing but an enema will help me.

Also like I said I also have extreme bouts of urination at times. I urinate frequently anyways, but I go through fits where I have to go every 2 minutes like I haven't went in days. That will last for an hour or so whether I've drank anything that day or not. This constipation and urination problem have really put a damper on my life, I'm seein a urologist this week any tips on what to ask for?

See your doctor as soon as possible-- the pains in your arms sound like they are nerve pain-- which is a symptom of diabetes-- being a nondiagnosed diabetic can cause the shooting pains in your arms and in your legs- like right before you fall asleep you may get them shooting and your legs jump? Constipation is related to untreated diabetes also...........see your doc as soon as possible and make sure he does blood tests for diabetes........good luck to you.

I have some of the same symptoms the pain in your arms and sometimes radiating into your chest maybe a spinal problem in your neck. With pain I assume you maybe taking some kind of pain relievers either over the counter or prescribed they can cause the constapation. If the chest pains are just about at the bottom of the rib cage you may be suffering from 2 things number 1 the possibility of ulcers the second gastrointronitis. Gastrointronitis causes bloating sometimes of the stomach, sometimes nausea or vomitting. To me it sounds like some drug your taking is really messing with you.

Best Constipation Cures

I would start with a dietitian. Good nutrition (fiber) and vitamins are a smart place to start.
Somewhere I got the impression you are young so I am guessing you should not have a phobia against seeing anyone other than an Md.
If you have a good chiropractor who specializes in muscles that you can see you may find out that it is caused by tight muscles putting pressure on the nerves.
A massage therapist can work on the lymph system (to help things move through it better) and the muscles (if they are too tight).

I would definitely see a doctor. I would just start out with a family doctor and maybe they can order X-rays or an MRI. They may want to refer you to a neurologist. It sounds like the pain in your arm is nerve pain. And as dumb as it sounds, if you're pretty severely constipated, it could be putting pressure on nerves and that is what is causing the pain in your arm. But most specialists want referrals from your family doctor anyway. So start out with your family doctor and go from there. I wish you the best of luck!!

Sounds like you are impacted, which means "backed up"in the bowel area...this would be confirmed upon x-ray if you went to the hospital.
They can order you some apperiants...medicines that make your motions regular, and they may just alleviate the pains you are getting.
Also, while you are there, they can run some cardiac tests to make sure the pains aren't coronary related. ECG, bloods and the like.
