i have been suffering for too long now, and I dont know what too do.
This past 2 years has been unbearable. Life is not getting better, no matter how hard I try.
I'm always alone. It's just me and my cat.
and Im tired of crying myself too sleep.

Everything began going down hill when I lost my grandma in 2005. She was like my mom, and actually made me feel loved.
I have so much regret, when i think back to the last few months before she passed away. I wish I would have made more effort too visit her or at least call her.
I think about all of this everyday.

I have tried to turn too god, but its not enough.
I feel like such a loser. I dont have a job, a diploma, absolutely no friends.. I just have nothing.
I feel so alone in the world.

I cant go out and make friends. Im a very introvert person and anyone around here, were I live is into the party/bar scene.

I cant talk to a counselor, because I am too uncomfortable opening up to anyone, let alone speaking.

My doctor told me to stop drinking caffeine and drinks with alot of sugar. So I did. It has only been two days, but I was wondering how long it would take to get out of my system, simply because I still feel tired all day.. I feel like I am gonna fall asleep. I was feeling dizzy to when i stood up or cleaned for longer than 10 minutes. That part has went away, but I still feel extremely tired. I have a 1 year old at home with me, I can't be falling asleep. Can anyone help?

... congratulations, you've invented a way of eating three different kinds of meat in one meal. This 'turkducken' is a chicken inside a duck inside a turkey.
No need to feel embarrassed in the chop house by filling your plate with dead animals just ask for it by name!
Why just have meat and three veg when you can have veg and three meat!
Civilised Europe salutes your inventiveness and Chinese work shops can now start manufacturing shirts is sizes XXXL and up!

Hey... I recently got me deviated septum fixed on Oct 18th and had a small bump taken off from when I had broken my nose. The plastic surgeon told me I can not go tanning for a year. I am seriously going through withdrawls. I know it sounds ridiculous especially because tanning is so bad for you ne way.. but does ne one know what the effects would be to my nose that hes telling me not to go for a year? I have a wedding to go to in 2 weeks and I feel like Im gonna be the palest person there... I thought about spray tans and stuff but those all look orange and I dont want that. I know this question seems very superficial but I really wanna know what will happen because Im seriously about to go tanning with like a sock over my nose or something sooo before I do can someone just let me know whats the worse that could happen . Thanks so much :)

I have been a sleep walker for a long time. I get up in the nite and mess around in the bathroom. Walk around the house and actually lately I have been pretty busy at nite. I sometimes wake up in the middle of my activites, and sometimes I wake up and realize I did something stupid.
One of the doctors I work with believes I may have sleep apnea because he says I "look" like someone with sleep apnea. He says he can see it in my neck area. I can see my adams apple and granted since I am 43, my cheeks have gotten fat, but I would not consider my neck overly fat.
He says sleep apnea is a major cause of sleep walking in adults and he believes I should go for a sleep study. I have never been able to sleep in strange places. I usually sleep about 7 or sometimes 6 hours a nite. I am a pretty uptight personality.
Do you know anything about this? I am a nurse, but never really have dealt with this condition and would like some information. Its really freaking me out.

Years ago, Oprah, who used to smoke believe it or not, had a thing on her show where the audience quit with her. We did it smoking our usual one day, counting the cigarettes, and then the next day, just smoking one less. My sister did it too. She has never smoked again. I never made it past the daily limit of 5 and then I gave up.

I tried hypnosis, that didn't work.

I went to Mayo Clinic's Smoking Cessation Clinic where I was put on the patch and counseled. That worked until they took the patch off. I started smoking within 2 weeks.

I've tried the thing where you put a rubber band on your wrist and snap it when you want a cig. Thatonly left me with a red wrist.

I've tried the subliminal tapes. They put me to sleep but I smoked when I woke up.

So since tomarrow is National Smoke Out day, what do you suggest I do this time to quit?

Willpower is not an option. I have very very strong will power, I have done some amazing things, but this challenge is one I keep losing.

I cant sleep. It takes me at least an hour after getting into bed before falling asleep, and I wake up constantly during the night, and am always tired. I've been to a doctor, got pills which didnt really help, but since I moved, I wont be back to see him until Christmas time.

So until then, anyone know any tricks to getting some rest?

I was wondering if its bad for you to constantly sleeping from 6 am to 1 pm everyday. Seems like everything in mother nature goes to bed when moon comes up. But I sleep when the sun rises. I wonder if this effects my REM sleep giving me poor health?

We had a practice in IV therapy back in September, my classmate used one of my veins. The next day, it bruised, and was gone after a week. But that vein (the site of insertion) still hurts for a few days and vanished. But occasionally it still hurts, what could be possibly wrong? Could it be a blood clot or something?

A siesta is a great way 2 jumpstart the second half of ur day. Famous nap enthusiasts have included some of the best minds in history, such as Albert Einstein, Winston Churchill & Thomas Edison.
What they knew was that a midday snooze - while seeming 2 be an unproductive use of time - could actually increase their effectiveness.
How long should ur power nap be? It differs 4m person 2 person, but on average, a brief nap 2 revive the brain should be between 15&30 minutes. Sleeping 4 any longer will get u into deeper stages of sleep, 4m which it`s difficult 2 awaken.
In this modern society we`re pressured 2 work hard & then play hard, living by the saying, "U can rest when u'r dead." Modern countries don't value rest. Consequently, most adults are sleep-deprived, and this sort of fatigue affects our health, safety & productivity @ work, which in turn, affects a company's bottom line.
Think about it: sleepy workers make more mistakes & cause more accidents.
