In this modern society we`re pressured 2 work hard & then play hard, living by the saying, "U can rest when u'r dead." Modern countries don't value rest. Consequently, most adults are sleep-deprived, and this sort of fatigue affects our health, safety & productivity @ work, which in turn, affects a company's bottom line.
