I bought a firm bed- which I like for the support BUT I would like a pad that would be comfortable (since I am a side sleeper). I already know that softer beds are best for side sleepers BUT my ideal bed would be the combination of the two (extremely firm support with a soft top layer). If you know about mattresses then you're probably thinking I should've gotten a firm with a PILLOWTOP. But as you know, pillowtops (which become flat over time) are the worst things. Its best to get something that is removeable. So that brings me to my question...which is the best mattress pad that I can use with my firm bed?

I started having pain on the left side of my groin area the past few days. When walking normally I rarely notice it. However when I move or twist in a way that pulls my balls at all, I get this bad pain in the right side of my groin. This might be to TMI but when I pull my scrotum myself I definitely feel the pain. Any ideas?

This year around January, i had my mock GCSE exams, during that time i had to pee more often about every two hours.

My GP said it was the stress, but she checked for an infection anyway, it was fine.

Before i did'nt need to pee for a whole school day or lonnger, now i have to go once during school. :(

And even during movies I have to pee. :(
I think it may be psychological.

I don't know why, but over the past week or so, I have been acting really weird, like all jumpy and jerky. I don't really know how to put it, but does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Is there a time frame for "may become pregnant" (such as enough time for the medication to be completely out of your system), or does it mean if you EVER may become pregnant. Or does this vary based on the individual medications

This is seriously freaky. Last night I was wiping my hand across my face when I nearly retched. My fingers - or skin, rather - had this really strong smell of roast chicken - that pungent smell that reminds you of a slimy drumstick. ugh. I washed my hands immediately with soap, and - get this - smell all gone. Until about ten minutes later when it came back!
This has gone on for a whole day now. I have scrubbed, perfumed - everything - and the smell keeps coming back. Only the four fingers on my right hand. I am right-hand dominant. And before anybody asks, no, I haven't eaten chicken in a while. I have googled and googled and no luck.
Please help. It's freaking me out and I REALLY hate the smell of chicken. It is one thing if nobody knows what it is - it's another if it's only me and I would have to start wondering am I going bananas!

I'm fine with my actual body, but I hate the way I 'hold' it.

A few of my friends have said I walk funny & I'm too rigid. I used to be hunched over and slouchy, but I tried hard to improve my posture and apparently I'm too stiff now! When I walk, I feel really embarassed. My feet sometimes go inwards and I'll lean to one side. I just generally feel uncomfortable walking, because of how I look AND how I feel. I tried wearing trainers and that improved my walking a bit. Is it just me being anxious or is there something physically wrong? Or have I just got a uhm... unique walk?

I never know how to hold my arms... they sort of hang down and look... wrong? It's like I'm not capable of 'holding' my body.

I want to be confident but I can't seem to improve my posture!

Thanks if you reply.
(:
