It started this morning at work , i thought it was just b.c i was hungry a burning feeling in my stomach , when i got out of work , i got subway and the burning didn't stop , i took a nap to see if that would help and it did for a little while til i got something to drink and the burning started all over again but more painful . and hasn't stop since , has anyone had this happen to them ? if so what is it ? will it pass ? should i be worried ?

Drink a lot of Fresh milk. it will make it go. It does happen to me. don't take too much pepper for a while. Good luck and speedy recovery.

Be worried. You may have an ulcer, which if untreated can do real damage. It's caused by a bacteria (Helicobacter pylori) and the doctor will give you a course of antibiotics to fix it. Friend of mine had it and every time he drank beer it crippled him. Now that's not a nice bug.

The wisest thing to do here is to seek medical attention. What's going on is definitely not normal and only a physician can give you the correct diagnosis and order any appropriate treatment. Don't put this off.
