Lots and lots of liquids. Tylenol if the fever is very high.
But.........when the body raises its temperature it usually does so for a good reason. A higher temp. fights off bacterial infections and helps white blood cells fight off the bad guys. If the fever lasts only for a day or so, and is not accompanied by other symptoms, you may want to consider allowing your body to keep that fever...it is a defense mechanism.
If you have a cold or acute pain somewhere, and a fever lasting more than a couple of days then consider treating it with Tylenol (or seeing a medical professional).
Hope that helps.

Taking some Tylenol should help as it is a fever reducer. You might also want to take a shower in tepid water. Make sure you don't shower in cold water as this can make your body shiver which is the body's way of warming itself up & can actually raise your temperature. Hope you feel better soon!
