i dont have a sleeping problem i just wanna know a few simple ways to fall asleep faster

Make sure your bedroom is completely dark, when you go to bed. No T.V. in the bedroom at all. Take a hot shower, clean sheets on the bed. Clear your mind of any and all clutter. Keep your bedroom nice and neat. You should be able, to get a good night sleep. I do.

No caffeinated drinks before bed time and no alcohol. You should really stop watching tv 2 hours before bed as well so it helps your body wind down because the tv stimulates your brain.

read a book or listen to some soft music.

drink warm milk.before going to bed.......
and/or listen to music while in bed.....and youll fall asleep faster,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
