this happens all over uk and it's mainly due to bed-blocking by older people who are well enough to go home but have no-one to care for them so they stay in hospital.
The government MUST build more hospitals so that UK can cope with the ever increasing population

Too many chiefs and not enough Indians as usual. I expect the Hospital Managers all have private Health Care Plans.
They dont have to risk MRSA.
The way they've funded the NHS is like sending a new crew to Titanic as she sinks.
