Why would you even do that? Smoking even one is too much. If you really care about the child you're raising, it should be simple to give up that ONE cigarette per day.

none are safe, try to quit by smoking half a cigarette and throwing it away you will go thru more and hopefully you will get sick of spending the money

NONE. Smoking kills.
Imagine setting your house on fire and standing in the living room breathing in the air/smoke. That's what smoking is. You get all that chemical goodness.

you're ok cause the safe limit is only 100 and that includes weed and crack.
You might want to try car exhaust that way you save money and recycle too.
Also you can try drinking lots of drinks like Red Bull just so that your heart gets up and racing

unfortunately none are safe. i quit i use to smoke the same amount as you and it caused me to get polyps in my sinuses . i had surgery which really was not pleasant and than i quit.
