Me and my friend went swimming, and we got horrible sunburns!
on our face, lower back, shoulders, and arms. And they aren't just
the sunburn kinda pink, they are RED.

Our faces REALLY sting, and they won't stop, it well, burns.
We don't have aloe vera in my house, so. it is burning!
is there any way we can make the burning stop, but without
lotion with aloe vera??? We also live in the desert, so it wouldn't be a prob. to go get some. what do they look like,
and is there some household item that you can you can use
on a bad sunburn, and make it go away????

I suffer regular headaches and i feel the pain in my neck as well. I saw a chiropractor because medication doesnt seem to make a difference, nor does diet. he said my left hip is higher than the right and right shoulder is higher than the left. so I'm wonky! Does anyone know what this means?
Also i am getting xrays done. does anyone else think chiropractic therapy is good? or bad? i dont know whether it will work for me but its an option and just wondering what everyones views are on it. thanks :-)

Does anyone have ideas on how I could have better posture while cutting out stencils? I always end up hunched over cutting away at the stencil with an xacto knife, then it gets uncomfortable and my neck and back start to hurt after a while. :[

Does anyone have suggestions on what type of exercise/workout can be done with herniated lumbar discs? I currently have issues with sitting, standing, riding in a car, lifting, bending, twisting, turning. I am appealing my workman's comp case - the injury happened while I was shipping at work, but they say since I had been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, they do not have to pay (different topic!). Anyway . . . I was told to exercise & lose weight . . . pray tell, how can I do this when any volume of activity sends burning, shooting pain from my hip through my toes (this pain does not stop after I cease activity)? Any real suggestions are welcome!

What is your pain on a daily basis (on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the worst), How are you dealing with your pain? What are some types of treatmetns that you've tried for your pain? What has and hasn't helped?
I'm 14 years old and am having a bit of a flare up with my pain, and was curious as to what other RSD/CRPS patients do to help with their pain? I have a Spinal Cord Stimuator (SCS) which helps, but I'm waiting to get reprogrammed, and am looking into some other treatments for my pain, and was curious as to what others have tried, and what has been helpful, etc. Thanks!

About five days ago, suddenly I felt a severe pain in my lower chest. It would start of mild and get increasingly worse (would take about 5 seconds), and then it would reduce again. It sometime happens out of the blue, sometimes when eating or drinking. I went to se a pharmasist yesterday, who said see a Doctor now (I did not bother). Someone said it may just be indigestion, but for 5 days, it seems a long time. Any suggestions
