Does anyone have ideas on how I could have better posture while cutting out stencils? I always end up hunched over cutting away at the stencil with an xacto knife, then it gets uncomfortable and my neck and back start to hurt after a while. :[

If you can elevate your working surface that would help you not hunch over. I'm thinking of something like a drafting table . That would be the ideal. A back brace could help you when you're working to keep you up right. take frequent breaks like every fifteen minutes and stand up and move around. This will remind you to straighten up and will help relax the muscles. A chiropractor can help you with the pain and also give you other suggestions on how to work without pain.
