you need to see a doctor, but i am all against anti-depressant medication, i have seen too many negative things with this kind of medicine, from myself and my friends and family. if you feel sad, then you need to try to get to the root of what is making you feel this way. talk to someone if you have to, talking to get your feelings out in the open always helps, but the medicine will not get to the root of the problem, it will just mess your brain chemicals up, when all you need is support and to find what may be different or bad in your life that is causing this. sometimes we all feel sad and down, it is a natural thing, but helping yourself first is the biggest step you will take to reverse the problem.

Ask your doctor if you're not suffering from burnout. It happened to me in 2004 and those were some of my symptoms. Then again, I have chestpains sometimes now, heart problems have been ruled-out. It's related to anxiety... Ask your doctor to refer you for a session with a psychologist to determine the cause and get a complete physical to rule out heart problem.

Depression can cause physical pain. This is a medical fact. the best thing you can do is see your medical doctor, explain your symptoms and ask for anti depressant medication. It takes about 30 days to feel the full effects of the medicine. I'm sure this will help.
