The redness will last for quite some time. Nothing you can do about that. However, aloe will help relieve the pain from the burn.

Apply aloe vera gel and a sunburn product containing lidocaine. It will probably be sold under "sunburn relief". Also, a bath with oatmeal in it will soothe the irritation. Take aspirin to cut the pain. You can also try making a compress with baking soda. Dissolve some baking soda in water and soak it up with a soft cloth, then apply the cloth to the affected area. Cucumber slices on the burn will also help.

Aloe. Either fresh or by the retail version. If you buy the aloe gel, get the kind with lidocaine... that kills the pain.

I also use Seabreeze, which is an astringent people use on their face to help cool the burn.

Not much is going to make the redness go away immediately. Take a big S.I.U. pill and wait it out :) (S.I.U. = suck it up)

Aloe Vera. Use the plant or go to the store and buy some gel.

Plain, ordinary yogurt. Sudocrem cream is good, if you have any. Hope it cools down soon
