I ride BMX and my hands are extremely blistery and callas-ridden. I'm getting a pair of gloves but need something to temporarily ease the pain and enable me to keep riding.

Soak your hands in hot water with 1c. of dissolved Epsom salts For fifteen minutes, several times a day. This will help take down the pain and the blisters. As the other person mentioned taping your hands could prevent blisters. The ultimate solution is getting Gloves.

You could try moleskins or tape. Im not sure if that will help the pain too much, but it will reduce rubbing and stuff preventing more.

I used to tape my feet before soccer tournaments to prevent blisters...and it worked somehow..:/
