You should go to the ER now! You can die of overdose, and you can have other medical problems result of the overdose like liver/kidney problems in the future.

It's hard to tell but it was certainly a poor decision you made. Since you are young and small, it will have more negative effects than on an older, larger person. Tylenol has to be metabolized by the liver and any overdose can damage the liver, if not now then at some time in your future. If the proper dose doesn't help, more will not help.

That's right at the lower end of the level at which acute toxicity is a likelihood. You need to get to the nearest emergency department now, drink some acetylcysteine (or have it infused intravenously), and have a blood level drawn four hours after the ingestion. You don't want to have liver damage. It's most unpleasant.

Was it Tylenol Extra Strength ? When I was your age I did the same thing. I took them at school and one of my friends told the teacher on me. They took me to the E.R. where my mom was waiting. The doc said if it had been extra strength they would have had to pump my stomach. I took 17 pills. I was 5 ft. 115lbs. female back then. Not only did I go to the E.R. I had to go to a shrink. I had other issues. You need to address your other issues. Hope you are ok. And always remember someone does love you enough to stay alive.

Get off the computer and go to the emergency room. This is a serious matter and is not funny. I have taken care of many girls that have done things like that and are now dead.
