First off, I am 15, and pretty healthy. I am involved in sports, and eat pretty health, but I am always tired all the time. I sleep most of the time that I am at home. When I am not out, I am probably at home sleeping. My routine throughout the school year was to wake up around 5:25- 5:35 and go to school. As soon as I get out of school at 2:30, I'd come home and sleep till about 5:00-7:00 pm. And stay up till about 11:15 pm. Then i'd go back to sleep, and the routine repeats. I literally have to force myself to get out of bed, and to wake up. It takes all my willpower to do so. I don't understand what could be making me so tired all the time. Im not on any medication, im not depressed or anything. Please respond, and try to explain why this is happening.

I'm a convicted Q-Tipper. My R ear is completely deaf right now. I can't hear a thing. I know that this is caused by a wax plug because it's happened 2x before. I don't want to go to the ENT. What's the best way to fix this? It's DRIVING ME NUTS!

Hi ,

I have a little of bow legs ever since birth , but never knew it as an issue ... much as I had been physically very active. .dancing , aerobics and all in the world. But my brother used make a bit of fun of the odd shape of my legs.

I am into my 30s and the doctor diagnozied osteo arthritis symptom. Today the doctor mentioned that the bow shape is increasing and a correction osteotomy may be needed. I am struggling to walk with weight.

Please suggested any natural remedies , youga, herbal treatments.. can I avoid this operation .... if not normal again .. can it get better ...

I was lying in bed, half awake, half asleep when I swear I felt someone sit down on my bed behind my back and it really freaked me out! Does this mean something or was my mind playing tricks on me? If someone has felt this before, did anything happen afterwards? I am not a person who believes in the supernatural but it really freaked me out and got my heart racing! All serious answers appreciated!

I'm 25 years old and have a herniated disc in my L5. The doc is giving me a cortisone shot next monday and two days later i leave on vacation to mexico. Will this shot really help? What is the best cure for a herniated disc?I know some chiropractors claim they can help with their machines (spinal decompression and adjustments) but none of that stuff works? What is the best cure?

I was running about 9 months ago when I stepped on my foot wrong and I heard this cracking noise. I decided to just run off the pain and the pain was gone after a little while. A few hours later when I got home the outside of my foot was swollen (where the bone that sticks out is) and my foot felt a little numb. The next morning there was bruising along the side of my foot. I just waited for it to get better (since I had no money for a doctor) and there was not really a problem because there was no pain. Ever since it healed though it makes this popping noise often when I walk, like when you first get up in the morning and they crack like that. It is been going on for months and has become embarressing when I am walking in a quiet hallway with people and my ankle cracks with every step. Is there anything I can do to stop the popping???

I got an email a while ago that said the lady swore by it. As soon as you get stung you are to put a penny on the sting and something with the copper is supposed to help it. Any one try it?? I hate getting stung so I am not about to test out the myth but if anyone has done it let me know.

Why does this happen? I can hear it clicking with every step I take and if I am in a very quiet place others can hear it as well. It doesn't hurt but I'm worried as I don't want to be hobbling about with a zimmer when I'm older. I went to the docs about this but he didn't seem too bothered.
