Hi ,

I have a little of bow legs ever since birth , but never knew it as an issue ... much as I had been physically very active. .dancing , aerobics and all in the world. But my brother used make a bit of fun of the odd shape of my legs.

I am into my 30s and the doctor diagnozied osteo arthritis symptom. Today the doctor mentioned that the bow shape is increasing and a correction osteotomy may be needed. I am struggling to walk with weight.

Please suggested any natural remedies , youga, herbal treatments.. can I avoid this operation .... if not normal again .. can it get better ...

losing weight will definitely help take the pressure off of your legs. Yoga is a good source of exercise and so is swimming.

Try chiropractic therapy and see if this can help. Many times chiropractic treatment can stop problems that would require surgery.
