I have just had some internal bleeding caused by "who gives a $h!t" I have been sitting in a hospital bed hurt and sad as a Mutha Phukr cause my girl left me and I can't distract myself from life. i want to play baseball and practice with my team in order to try to get away from my head. I know it's just a temporary getaway but I have to do it. My doctor said not to do strenouos work or activities. I have to do something though. What the Ph-uk should I do?

You can play video games, that is a good distraction from life! You should follow what your doctor says, especially with internal bleeding issues, and take it easy man.

Unless you want to start the bleeding again, do what the Dr. says.
Read books, go to a movie, watch DVD movies or VHS movies at home.
Write to friends, excuse me I am older than you. Text friends.
Cook, just do calm things. NO BASEBALL OR SPORTS .

LISTEN TO YOU DOCTOR! Internal bleeding can KILL you. have patience... maybe there is a lesson to be learned here. think about it? why did your girl leave you? are you the impatient type? do you need to be restricted? I don't know the answer . only you can answer this question

go walks sight seeing somewhere visit some friends you haven't seen for a while that 's too strenuous for you.
