I think terminally ill people should have the right to ask for it but it's probably pretty tough from a legal standpoint to determine whether a person is in the "right" frame of mind to make that decision.

I believe a person has a right to choose. No one would let an animal suffer when it was terminal, I don't see why humans aren't allotted the same. when someone can no longer function and knows that the end is near I think they have a right to choose. This will never happen in America. The religious groups will always stop it. It is legal in Denmark.

I think it is a personal choice for the person who is in pain and there is no hope left for them why should anyone suffer

i feel /if the individual / is competent /and able / to make a decision /go for It / and if all treatments /and what not /have been tried /and failed /why suffer longer
