low blood pressure, hypoglycemia or possible heart problems can cause what you are experiencing. You need to get to a medical doctor as soon as possible.

I would strongly suggest seeing a doctor for an exam. If he rules out any serious emergency condition I would then consult an acupuncturist and/or Chinese herbal practitioner who is certified by the NCCAOM, the agency which certifies acupuncture and Oriental medicine practitioners in the US. Acupuncture is the most effective modality for treating pain and related conditions, including dizziness and shaking. A qualified practitioner will prescribe a combination of acupuncture, Chinese herbal formulas, and other modalities to remedy your conditionand bring you back inot a state of good health and wellness.
You can find a certified acupuncturist in your local area by going to the NCCAOM website - http://www.nccaom.org/find.htm
Go to the bottom of the page to locate practitioners.

Could be a heart attack, or could be a problem with the rhythm of the heart. Or could be polycythaemia which can caused all these symptoms. More likely, if you are young, to be a panic attack. If the symptoms persist ring, 999 and get expert help. This is from someone who has had a heart attack and heart problems so I know what it feels like. And, if it turns out to be a panic attack, don't think this is anything to do with being alarmist, they can be very nasty. So, if the symptoms persist and you remain worried, ring 999. Good luck.

Any chest pain should be treated as a urgent medical condition.

Go to your Emergency Dept as soon as possible and have it checked out.

Good luck
