Someone told me that cramps are down to lack of salt in your diet, im not sure how true this is but it could be worth investigating.

my girlfriend has a small pouch that she sewed, she filled it wit rice and will microwave it for a couple minutes and then lay it on her stomach and the heat that it holds soothes her cramps. could help

Go for the right medicine. Use Pamprin or Midol.

Yes, if you excercise and eat healthy your cramps are not as strong. I was told this by my doctor and it actually works.
