Take a hot bath with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts. Soak for 30 minutes. The Epsom salts will help eliminate the lactic acid that forms on the muscles from over exertion.

Massage an analgesic cream into the sore muscles.

Dehydration can cause severe pain in the muscles. I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.

I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day.

500mg of calcium and magnesium, taken twice daily, can help with diminishing the pain.

Cold baths only do you good if immediately after exercise. Never been brave enough myself!

You've probably got the DOMS - delayed onset muscle soreness. The one you get the day or two after the exercise.

Gentle exercise is better than sitting around doing nothing. Try a very gently jog or slow to brisk walk, just enough to get your muscles warm and moving but not so hard that you wear them out again - its called active recovery. Try gentle leg stretches too, don't bounce or move suddenly into a stretch, and make sure to warm up the muscles first, don't stretch from cold.

The best thing you can do is soak. Fill a bath tub up with hot water - not too hot, add soap or maybe some bath salts and just relax until your water turns cold.

Apparently ice cold baths right after an intense work-out prevent muscle ache. I'm not brave enough to try it though, a hot bath filled with radox may feel better.

do not do it. working away with a guy is in simple terms going to get you right into a worse subject ultimately. Do you paintings? Are you in college? you're able to be waiting to fend for your self. till you're able to try this, that is much extra appropriate to matter on your loved ones, no count how under pressure the placement is, than to matter on a guy who has no responsibilities to handle you properly. i'm hoping issues get extra appropriate quickly.
