because i got in a fight today at school and everybody telling me to go to the ER but it really dont hurt much so i was wondering if my nose is broken wouldnt it have to hurt real bad

Well I am 12 and have mild scollyosis and my doctor says that i have about 6 months to a year to grow and I got angry and sad and I said I wanted to grow taller but i have been having pains in my knees and elbows and my back I feel like i am straching and if these are growing pains then how to get rid of the pain. Please?

I have a tingling pain on the palm of my hand that feels it is some kind of a pinched nerve. It is right where my hand is when using a mouse, which I use frequently during the day. I also use a stapler frequently, and that might be the cause as well. Does anyone know the name for this or what it is?

I was diagnosed with a sinus infection yesterday. I am having the most awful pain. The worst is in my right ear but my throat, face, and nose on the right side of my face are in excruciating, agonizing pain.

Sleeping hurts, eating is the worst, when I swallow, it feels like someone is kicking me in the head...

Is there anything I can do to relieve this?

I've tried OTC pain killers, they all work for about 2 hours or so and it keeps getting worse!

okay so i have nearsightedness and astigmatism. my nearsightedness was progressing kinda fast so my doc put me on bifocal contacts to slow it down. the only problem is my astigmatism. at first it didnt bother me. but now in school and stuff and on the road its kinda hard to see stuff and i still strain even with contacts on. my mom took me to the doc to find a solution but that was when my astigmatism wasnt as bad so my doc sed jus dont mind it. he also said that bifocal toric contacts are sooo costly and inconvenient. im only 13. underage for lasik so dont say get lasik. only serious answers please

to obtain narcotics and the dosage they are taking is way over the limits.....Doesn't this concern you what else is happening now?
and yes its apples vs oranges but I'm truly concerned about this growing problem too

60 year old man needs surgery for a torn rotator cuff it has been hurting for a long time i have also had three strokes and back surgery and the other side rotator done in 2001i am not a bum i drove truck for 37 years and was forced to retire after the stroks medicare only pays%80so that will leave me a bit over $3000 to pay out of pocket that i dont have i only get social security disability as income if you have an answer please let me know

I have left back shoulder blade pain, which is coming and going on and off. It feels so deep back there that it feels like it is effecting the front of my left chest also. could this be a muscle spasm. I know it is definitley coming from the back of my left shoulder blade. i am worried and now i am going to start to painc. Has anyone else had this before ? What could this be ? It just started about 25 m inutes ago.

I think I have been developing migraine headaches. I have alot of pressure/pain at the top of my head, combined with dizziness, lack of concentration and a strange metallic taste in my mouth. These headaches are now coming every day.

Does it sound like migraine to you?

my son cut his finger a week ago. i took him to the ER where they glued his wound shut. they gave him a splint and said to keep it on for 7 days. my question is this: how does the glue come off? does it wear off? do we have to go back to the Dr for them to do somethnig else? it's been one week, the splint came off and the wound looks like it's healing ok. he's had no complications or fever or anything.

I've always been one to get headaches! Some of them bad enough to make me sick more then once in a day. I will go to sleep having one (taking meds before i go to bed) and wake up with it being there if not worse. I have to say today it has been a non stop issue. What could be the cause of these headaches? do you think this is something i should most likely see a doctor for! It seems like meds are working anymore and if they do it helps for about an hour or so!

I am getting a first aid training done and i have an assessment tommorow. I am having great deal of difficulty understanding the various bandages like the palm bandage, thumb bandage etc as its completely new to me, is there any online interactive lessons on bandaging as its too difficult to learn from the book.

I was talking and eating-- a big no-no! When suddenly, I felt a peice of food go down the wrong pipe(my throat). It was small I guess, or I would have chocked! I just felt like I had a weird lump in my throat. I can breathe perfectly fine though. HAs this ever happened to yiu?

The tip of my big toe on my left foot has been numb for the past couple weeks, I have also had horrible headaches. I just discovered that in reflexology there is a correlation between the big toe and your head. Can someone please explain to me exactly what a Reflexologist would do to help my headache?
