I would say it depends on your age. If you're just a kid you don't need to be serious about one person at a young age anyway. With that said you shouldn't do it with out the others knowing about each other. You could cause alot of hurt feelings.
The other thing is if you're having sex with all three thats definately not good. Having several partners can spread disease no matter how careful you are. Be sure you always use condoms.

Are you serious? That is such a dumb question. Why would you even want to have 3 boyfriends? Having a boyfriend is about having a one on one relationship between two people. You share something 'special'. What's the point of having three? On top of this it just leads to trouble.

well if they don't know about each other yes, they will find out and either kill you or each other, people may call you a slapper for having loads of men, you could catch something, you dirty bird! lol. I would give my bf a kick or punch a bit sharpish if I found out he had 3 gf's anyway.
