Do you have enough sleep? Do you spend too much time at the computer? Or are you just really stressed?
Either way, you should really go and see a doctor or call one up and ask them about it.

that sounds like migraines to me. I get them as well, though I've fortunately found that outrageous quantities of ibuprofen and pseudophedrine, if taken when I first start to feel it coming, will head the major headache off at the pass. Do you get pain in your face around your eyes, through the back of your head and muscle tension in the shoulders? Does it tend to focus on one side of your head or face? If so, try the ibuprofen/sudafed thing. be careful, you have to go to a pharmacy to get real pseudophedrine anymore, they don't sell it over the counter b/c people make drugs out of it, but it is not dangerous if you use it properly, only if you melt it or something. anyway. if that doesn't help, go to a doctor. I've also found a vaporizer helps.
also, keep a food & activity diary and try and see if there are any correlations between your lifestyle and your headaches. for some reason, red wine from australia does me in every time, which stinks b/c i LOVE australian wine (not anymore, i guess). oh, and nutra sweet is a doozie, too.
also, yoga helped me a lot. if i do even light yoga every day or two, the tension never really gets into my shoulders or the back of my head. it may seem silly, but yoga works your shoulders a lot more than people normally work their shoulders and i think it helps channel the energy that would otherwise turn into tension into somehting healthy.
you probably want to consult a doctor whether or not you try my suggestions and whether or not they work for you, though.
good luck to you!

There are a number of reasons why you could be suffering from so many headaches. The most common underlying factors which could be the cause of your headaches, as follows:
Are you eating regularly? You need to drink plenty. Too little or too much sleep. Stress. Do you smoke? and are you smoking too much? Certain foods can trigger headaches such as: cheese, chocolate, marmite, chinese food and wine. Take the strongest painkillers that you can get, make sure that they can be dissolved in water, and put them in luke warm water as opposed to cold water.....they get through the blood stream faster that way.
Do not take too many tablets, if the first lot do not work, then it is pointless taking any more; lay down in a dark room and try to sleep or rest.
Moreover, please go to the doctor for advice, the doctor will be able to get to the root of your problem and help you to work out the cause of your headaches.

You need a CATscan done immediately to rule out a brain tumor. They're painless, but expensive.
It might be allergies, a severe sinus infection, or it might be that you've been poisoned by something that is still in your system.
Did the headaches start at the same time the weather turned cooler? If you use a gas furnace or come in daily contact with a gas furnace, you might be suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning. The fire department will come to your house free of charge and conduct a carbon monoxide check.

hope you r having lots of water!
Check yourself for food intolerance. I am intolerant to yeast and before the doc find out that I used to had horrible headaches...so bad I used to vomit from the pain! go to nutritionist and they will help you as you might be eating something which kills you without you knowing it!
