General Health Care - October 2006

My significant other may have to work the day I get out of the hospital. My parents have offered to come get me and let me stay on thier couch overnight. Should I do that, or come on home and ask a favorite sister to attend me for a day or two since her husband is often on the road anyway?

The tongues on my shoes shift towards the outside of my feet when I walk. Any pair of shoes, and almost immediately when I start walking. I wear orthotics, but now I'm not convinced they're correcting anything. No foot pain or other obvious symptoms - Any suggestions from a Podiatrist or foot doctor?

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and it feels like my anus is throbbing! It pulsates and is extremely painful. Does this happen to anyone else? I told my husband about it and it has never happened to him. I have had a colonoscopy b/c of it but dr.s can find nothing wrong.

My 7 month old has been pooping 3-5 times a day for a week or two now, so much that he's getting diaper rash. I've tried cutting back the amount of baby food except for cereal but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I don't think he's losing weight but I'm worried about him. He's otherwise happy and healthy.

My son had a bad asthma attack and was put on prednisone. He finished his course of meds 5 days ago then 3 days later he has a skin rash form his head to his belly button. He has an appointment tomorrow at doc's, but has anyone else heard of prednisone causing a rash after use?
