It's airplane splint. It's a splint that keeps your shoulder in abduction, meaning away from your body. This is used for injuries around the shoulder, maybe fractures of the humerus(arm bone) which are aligned if the arm is held away from the body (best seen in Xrays). An orthopaedic surgeon can help you.
