Its probably the 'precautions' part of the drug information, with advice on when not to take the tablets. Depends on what they are for.............All drugs have to have a list of warnings printed on them, possible side effects listed etc. I think you should google the words and get a proper translation just in case.

It means compressed or compresses, depending on the context it was used. If you wrote the whole sentence, it would help a bit.
