I have heard that it means you have a potassium deficiency but didn't know if this is true. I have been under a lot of stress lately and was wondering if it had anything to do with that. This has been happening over the past two days.

I have never heard of it being a potassium def., but stress can be a BIG factor. Our nervous system does wacky things to deal with the amount of stress we put on it. If it becomes a frequent occurance you need to get it looked at because it could mean a more serious nervous system issue.
