What I use at the very first sign of a cold, is Defend & Resist Complex and it will knock it out before it has a chance to develop.
It's a natural antibiotic and helps with colds, flu, fever, swollen glands, etc. It also promotes production of white blood cells and activates immune system.

Key ingredients: Echinacea, black elderberry, larch tree, and zinc.

Can swallow, chew, suck or make into a hot tea.

Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions.

I've tried the Zicam, the swabs you dab into your nostrils, and I was surprised that they actually seemed to work. One time I was definitely coming down with a cold and started using that and the cold never developed. Another time I wasn't sure if it was a cold or allergies, but used it just in case it was a cold and once again, a cold never developed. I was talking to one guy the other day and he swears by Airborne. I've tried Cold Eeze and Echinacea in the past and I don't feel like they helped me at all.
