Okay, I am twelve and for a week now, I just can not sleep. It kils me, cause the next day I'm tired as hell. I hate not sleeping. I don't want you to recommend a sleeping pill, and dont tell me to go see a doctor. Just tell me a few tips on how get a good night sleep. I go to sleep at 9:00 PM and I usually wake up at 7. but during the weekdays, i wake up at 6:30. Now, I go to sleep at 6 in the morning cause I can't sleep. I'm worried. PLEASE help. *Looking for a detailed answer please*
