one way to encourage sleep is to have good habits. go to bed at the same time every night, have a ritual for bedtime-this ritual acts as a cue to your brain that it is time to shut down. do something relaxing before bed...like a bubble bath or soft music and candles. if all else fails, then you may want to try a sleeping pill.

Is Sunday the only night you have trouble getting to sleep? If so it is likely caused from anxiety or excitement about having school the next day. I have the same problem, only mine is with work not school. (i hate my job)
I recommend trying to regulate your bedtime every day of the week, also try to wake up early enough so that your body will be tired enough to make you have an easier time falling asleep that night. If that doesn't help you may want to see your doctor about getting a medication to help you fall asleep easier.

Try relaxation techniques. Hot bath, warm milk, soft music, go to bed early and relax. If this problem doesn't happen on other days, it sounds like you are stressed about starting your week. Get a bedtime routine. Also, chamomile tea is a natural sleep aid.

eat your dinner around 5-6, do whatever homework you have, shower, get things ready for the morning, try to avoid soda and sweets, get you a book and get comfy in bed, try to relax and read, reading usually puts people to sleep or you can try you some relaxing classical music, that always puts me to sleep
