does an eye doctor make you use some type special shades after they put eye drops in your eyes or is it not required?

The other person was right. Only if they dilate your eyes. It's only a pair of disposable sun glasses (like those cheap little 3-D glasses you sometimes get out of a magazine). The reason is because your eyes are a little sensitive to light for awhile. Only last for maybe an hour or so and then your back to normal.

if they dilate your eyes, then the y might.....sometimes they dont' have to dilate your eyes. ask the person taking the appointment for you. They'll usually know because they need to know if some people need a ride if they drive...since most people can't drive if they get their eyes dilated.

They use the eye drops to dilute your eyes.. for checking your eye power..!!
