i training for this race in december, today at morning i ran 5 lAPS,
then sudenly i felt this pain in my left leg, i warmed up before running(stretching) today the pain in my leg contin ues its been like this for 1 week already, cause after you ran your muscles constarct really fast so you gotta keep them warm.

hey,

i had this happen to my team mate before. it could be an over strain on your muscle. you better get it check ASAP!
