What ever you do, DO NOT FORCE IT TO BREAK. it could lead to a bad infection. Warm moist heat should bring it to a head and it will pop on its own. Do not use a needle or tweezers, You could cover it with gauze. Also another thing is to take cotton balls and soak them in warm salt water, place it on the spot a few times a day, the salt will kill any infection.

well not much will reduce the swelling, whatcha wanna do is being that bad boy to the surface for extraction ! and for that all ya need a a nice HOT compress keep doing it for 5-10 mins.you will not be able to extract it right away, but the next morning stand back from the mirror that baby is going to blow everywhere! and if that don't work try tea tree. Oh and there's leaving it alone and that it come out on it's own, which in the end is what you want to avoid any scaring.

i'd pop it. put ointment on it to reduce the redness. Try getting bikini waxes instead of shaving. i just started getting them a few months back and WILL NEVER SHAVE AGAIN. NO razor bumps, infact, no bumps at all. nothing. stays smooth longer...and the more you get em done, the softer and thinner the hair down there will be..It hurts at first, but its QUICK and you'll be OK.

I would try to get it out with a sterilized needle and some tweezers. Once you get the hair, they heal quick after.
