my left hand keeps going all tingly....if i hold it up for example if im on the phone....its also quite sore...but the tingling is the weirdest sensation. anyone know what i should do? im 17 and female.

Let's say that your bf/gf just had major surgery and was not able to go anywhere becasue of the pain, you were invited to go out with some friends to a concert, knowing that your bf/gf was in pain and needed you there to take care of them, would you still go out with your friends or stay home and take care of them?

I've been playing basketball for about 6 years and I have never gotten this foot pain until the past couple years. It happens when I play basketball for a while, either in a game or practice. Both of my feet hurt horribly...just the bottoms, the whole bottom. I already have orthotics that I got costomized to my feet, i got those because my knees were hurting super bad when i played basketball and now my knees dont hurt, my feet do! ive tried icing them, and it does help temporarily but my feet usually do end up hurting the next day. the pain is like getting worse and worse. any ideas? THANKS. :]

Prilosec but it causes me to be more dizzy, Also he suggested i see my regular Dr. for hormone thearpy,but my Dr.thinks theres to much danger...I feel I need them.I had a complete hysterectomy in 1996 and am on nothing. Except my xanax and the new med Propranolol that he thinks will help my anxiety but it causes me headaches.Any advice?

So I was playing football, it was hot outside. I felt like I had drank to much or something, So I drank water and not even 10 minutes later I Threw it all up, I tried drinking liquids tow other times and threw it all up.

So I layed down for about an hour and a half and ate some food about 2 hours later and my stomache was fine.

I don't understand why I kept throwing up, there was no stomache acid it the liquid when I vomited so did it just sit in my stomach and my body didn't try to break it down because of the dehydration. Can someone explain this?

k i just got home from this beach and i was there with my friend and i cut my toe on this sharp *** rock and it blead a lot and so i put a band aid on it and washed it out and i just got home and took off the bandaid and its still a very deep cut and it looks like its all white underneath my skin right around my whole cut im only a kid so i cant drive to the hospital to check it out and my parents r at work til 5 so i was wondering if any1 knew what this was??

I wake up at 4:30 to go to work and so does my bf because he takes me, anyways I started noticing that I wake up with a big nasty headache, sick to my stomatch, and feeling like throwning up. now my bf feels the same way is there somthing wrong with me and him? we have no history of illnesses.

I do not know the cause of my injury, but I have had achilles tendonitis for 1 1/2 years. I've tried Alleve, Motrin, and most recently a Medrol pack. I wear a short splint on the ankle at night, heel lifts, and was just given a warrior boot to wear when walking. I went to physical therapy for 3 months, I do stretches, had Ionto therapy, ultrasound therapy, and manual therapy. I hurt like a bugger and have a hard time walking , esp. after sitting or sleeping, until things loosen up.
What kinds of things have you found to provide relief, and how long did your symptoms last? I heard this could take as many as 5 years to heal from my doctor, and surgery is not a good option, nor are cortisone shots, as they'll only weaken the already weakened tendon.

someone i know is very ill with a flu type illness, in bed, hot and cold, aching bones, no appetitie etc., at work a couple of people complained of headaches, but the air conditioning unit was directly above my friends head and my friend swears thats what has brought the illness on because it perhaps needs cleaning or something - does anyone think this could cause symptoms as bad as this? my friend has not been in contact with anyone else that has been ill!
