Could be lots of things but I'm taking it you're still young and can with reasonable doubt rule out heart or other serious issues. This sounds more like a bundle of nerves in the neck, if one or a few gets squeezed or pinched either through injury, arthritis, or poor posture you can get tingling or numbness in the fingers, specifically the ring and little fingers, but can affect the others depending on the nerve supply. Manipulating the neck, or doing neck exercises should help, failing that, go to doc and see what he recommends and also to check for anything else to be on safe side.

Depends on which fingers. Thumb, index and long fingers could be carpal tunnel syndrome or some irritation of the nerves in the wrist canal. Ring and little could be an irritation of the nerves at the elbow, like tennis elbow (epicondylitis). All fingers of both hands could be peripheral neuropathy, usually seen with long term uncontrolled diabetes.

Your symptoms could be related to a blood sugar imbalance due to overproduction of insulin. Low is hypoglycemia - high is diabetes. Ask your doctor about a fasting insulin blood test . Ask for a copy of your results. 10 or higher is abnormal for an adult.

You may want to check out www.hufa.org, and click on the symptoms link to check yourself out - especially the information on carpal tunnel.

It can mean several things. Such things as nerve damage like in the neck area or wrists, carpal tunnel, poor circulation, or perhaps being to cold. If it is something that bothers you talk to you doctor about it. It could be something as simple as arthritis.

Ask your doctor about an exercise routine. Regular exercise, such as walking three times a week, may reduce neuropathy pain, improve your muscle strength and help control blood sugar levels. Gentle routines such as yoga and tai chi might also help.

You get white finger if you use equipment that vibrates such as an angle grinder or jackhammer, if you were in a trade where you used that type of equipment I'd expect you'd already know about white finger.
I'd go get a checkup.
