Eat lots of foods with vitamin A such as carrots. wear ur glasses when needed for travelling/ reading etc but try to focus in the distance without ur glasses when u dont need them. this will help exercise the muscle in ur eyes spend no longer than 30 mins in front of computer screens ie take a break. or u could undergo laser surgery.

Have a good diet with green veggies. An Optometrist told me to read small print up close like a book then switch to a picture on the wall or a poster a few meters away it help train your eyes and keep them sharp!

Google 'eye exercise'. There are a number of programs designed to improve your vision so that you can 'throw away your glasses'. As versions of this have been available for 20+ years, and the companies involved are multiplying, I have to believe it works. In addition, a friend of mine is capable of consciously controlling his focus. Cool trick. He can see clearly even through strong prescription glasses! I'd check this out myself. For the price of a pair of glasses or two, you can go without.
