The Big Pharma likes its legal monopoly to fill prescriptions in the U.S.and likes to scare people that even getting your prescriptions filled in Canada is a mortal risk.

India has many reputed pharmaceutical makers and pharmacies. They fill millions of prescriptions safely.

The challenge facing an American getting the prescription drugs from India is to find a reliable pharmacy that will ship it to you. I am not talking about the legality of it. That is a different issue.

Your "safest" bet is to buy it from a reputable source. There is always the question of efficacy when buying "drugs" from unknown sources. In the states All prescription drugs are approved to be "safe" from the F.D.A. When it comes to your health cheaper is NOT better!

The big brands dump all the stuff they get banned in Europe/US to India, and other "third world" countries. Especially Nestle with their awful baby formulas, and also the major pesticide makers. Even Coke and Pepsi have poisonous stuff there. A local Delhi environmental group confirmed it by independent testing. European labs cleared them but using samples supplied directly from Coke & Pepsi. How stupider can you get?

it should be if you go to a certified store. the only hting to be careful of is if your drug is generic of not because some places use generic witch is not the same as brand wich your doctor may want you to use. i would ask your doctor if you should take generic or brand and then youl be safe.oh yeah and some people say that is it conterfiet there but i dont really know about any of that stuff.

I suppose if you have a legal scrip, but realize they haven't got the scrutiny and health practices as the U.S. has. You can get old, outdated and non-functional - non therapeutic medicines, If its Narcotic Drugs, there'll be someone waiting for you to pick them up at your point of delivery...AKA Feds called DEA.
