I've been playing basketball for about 6 years and I have never gotten this foot pain until the past couple years. It happens when I play basketball for a while, either in a game or practice. Both of my feet hurt horribly...just the bottoms, the whole bottom. I already have orthotics that I got costomized to my feet, i got those because my knees were hurting super bad when i played basketball and now my knees dont hurt, my feet do! ive tried icing them, and it does help temporarily but my feet usually do end up hurting the next day. the pain is like getting worse and worse. any ideas? THANKS. :]

you could try having the orthotics tweaked a little sounds like your pain began around the time you put orthotics in your shoes, you may not have a good fit and just need to have them modified. if that doesn't do it, try going to this great informative website, myfootshop.com. use the link to take you there and good luck!

Unfortunately the older you get, the more pain you will feel. You should probably go to foot doc and get a massage. Pamper your feet.

relies upon on what you recommend by using "skate footwear". the extra technical ones might desire to have the comparable help and overall performance as b-ball footwear, considering they cope with the comparable motions and result. the extra trend style skate footwear probable shouldnt be used. working footwear arent a solid determination the two, as they are designed many times with quickly-line action in recommendations, with little attention for lateral help. because of the fact runners dont make part-to-part style of strikes and prevents. so its enormously volatile utilising them i basically regarded up the specific shoe you stated, they appear like an twist of destiny waiting to take place!
