about 10 months ago.plaster got cut in 3 months.i still feel stiffness and my bone there is not normal in shape its flat.wats wrong?should i consult my ortho

no , remember your foor has had no movement i no you think o it has been 7 months already but that bone and all the ligaments around it need to grow back again if its not swelling or sore then dont stress remember just for a nail to grow back it take 3 to 6 months gud luck

I fractured my ankle as well, right now i'm in therapy. I was in a cast for a couple of weeks and then my podiatrist put in one of those big black ugly boots and i was in that for about 3 months. but yeah my ankle felt really stiff at first but its a lot better now that i'm therapy, still not 100% though. 3 months is a long time of not walking on your foot. it's just gonna take time. i hope.

Yes. I think an orthopedic specialist would be the place to start. I would consider getting a second orthopedic opinion also. 3 months in plaster seems way too long in my opinion.
